Main Purpose of Role:
Main purpose of the role will involve the planning of Construction activities and ensuring compliance with regulations and specifications incl safety standards
Oversee the construction process to ensure completion on time, within budget and according to design plans. Managing budgets, schedules and resources for site works and coordinating with various stakeholders and subcontractors.
This role would require the use of problem-solving skills using technical expertise.
Role Duties:
- Setting out of works to facilitate works crews
- Assisting with site investigations
- Assessing project risks
- Reading and understanding construction drawings
- Capable of drafting requests for information and technical queries
- Assisting with procurement and onboarding of subcontractors
- Ordering Materials
- Proficient in CAD, Excel and Microsoft project
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
