Murphy is recruiting for a Plant Hire Controller to work with Murphy Plant in Newbridge Co. Kildare.

We manage and maintain more than £100 million worth of innovative, best in-class plant, transport and specialist equipment and our work spans multiple sectors.
What you will be doing:
- Interact with Company Projects Teams on the phone and on email, regarding hire orders and quotations
- Create hire contracts based on the Company Project requirements
- Work closely with the Operations Manager on all activities
- Effectively interact with other departments including logistics, accounts and the workshop to ensure the customers’ needs are fulfilled
- Continuously developing product knowledge of our fleet whilst keeping up to date with changes and advancements
- Input data accurately on the in-house (Syrinx) system
Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience of Plant and Machinery is a distinct advantage
- Customer Service experience
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Work on own initiative
- Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexible and reliable
- Highly IT proficient
- Excellent attention to detail
