Murphy is recruiting for a Document Controller/ Site Administrator to work with Energy on an Oil Refinery in Co. Cork

What you will be doing:

  • Processing of timesheets and preparing daily and weekly labour allocations in coordination with site management.
  • Maintain our process for efficient information management, tracking all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • Ensure all documents meet the company’s quality standards and project requirements.
  • Manage document revisions and ensure the most current versions are available to the team.
  • Assisting with procurement by raising purchase requisitions in line with site requirements.
  • Processing goods receipt notes (GRNs) and matching deliveries against orders.
  • Maintaining tracking logs for orders, deliveries, and approvals.
  • Assisting with site inductions paperwork and training records.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of records at all times.
  • General administrative support to the Project Manager, Engineers, and Supervisors.


Who we are looking for?

  • Previous experience in a site administration, document control, or construction administration role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email systems.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with the site team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
