Murphy is recruiting for a Document Controller/ Site Administrator to work with Energy on an Oil Refinery in Co. Cork.

What you will be doing:
- Processing of timesheets and preparing daily and weekly labour allocations in coordination with site management.
- Maintain our process for efficient information management, tracking all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Ensure all documents meet the company’s quality standards and project requirements.
- Manage document revisions and ensure the most current versions are available to the team.
- Assisting with procurement by raising purchase requisitions in line with site requirements.
- Processing goods receipt notes (GRNs) and matching deliveries against orders.
- Maintaining tracking logs for orders, deliveries, and approvals.
- Assisting with site inductions paperwork and training records.
- Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of records at all times.
- General administrative support to the Project Manager, Engineers, and Supervisors.
Who we are looking for?
- Previous experience in a site administration, document control, or construction administration role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email systems.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with the site team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
