Murphy is recruiting for a Senior Administrator to work on a variety of projects, mainly home based with some office based collaboration days.

This is a 3 month fixed term role, with possible extension.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Administrator to support our upcoming data migration . The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a full reconciliation of our pipeline against source documents, identifying discrepancies, and working closely with the team to provide appropriate solutions. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in a critical data reconciliation project while working alongside experienced professionals in the Data and Investment teams.
A day in the life of a Murphy Senior Administrator
- Perform a comprehensive reconciliation of pipeline data with source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve any discrepancies in the data.
- Work collaboratively with the Data Team and Investment Team to implement necessary corrections.
- Provide clear documentation and recommendations to support data integrity and decision-making.
- Ensure all reconciled data is ready for migration within the given timeframe.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes of discrepancies.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with multiple teams.
- Experience in data migration projects is a plus but not essential.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
